What is your educational background ?

After high school I wanted to integrate a business school in order to learn more about business subjects and overall deepen my knowledge in marketing. Then, I joined the BBA-EDHEC program in order to validate my Master 1 Luxury Marketing. Passionate about the fragrance & cosmetic industry, it seemed obvious to me to continue my studies at ISIPCA via the Master MIPC: the perfect match between specialized subjects of the industry and its marketing. The + of the program is the work-study rhythm, which allowed me to spend 1 year in Pierre Cattier's international marketing department.

What is your professional path after your ISIPCA degree ?

After a few months of research, I joined the French network of Parfumeries-Instituts Passion Beauté as Project Manager. For more than 3 years now, I have worked on different missions such as: digital marketing, operational marketing applied to the institues and the development & operational marketing of Passion Beauté own brand, and even Customer Service.

What do you particularly appreciate about your current job ?

The richness of my missions! Each year, we focus on a specific pole of action, with ambitious objectives. During my first year, I developed the Passion Beauté moisturizing range, then I participated in the restructuration of the customer service. This year the focus of the Passion Beauté Cooperative is above all Digital.

Why did you choose this industry ?

I grew up in the cosmetic since my childhood: my mother was an international trainer of a cosmetics brand, manager of a beauty institute and then Professor in a school of aesthetics. I learned a lot from her professional experiences.

What advice (s) would you give to an alumni interested in your job ?

As the beauty marketing market is particularly difficult to integrate, I suggest to get enrolled in a professional training. Also, since marketing in this sector can take so many different forms, I would advise varying your professional experiences, to enrich your knowledge but above all to allow yourself the opportunity to flourish through different missions.

How would you describe your experience at ISIPCA in 2 words?

Inspiring and stimulating.

Do you have a memory of ISIPCA that you would like to share with us?

The courses of Elisabeth de Feydeau: one of the best speakers who made this training even richer and more exciting.
