What is your educational background ?

Before coming to ISIPCA, I completed my bachelors in Dyestuff Technology which a branch of Chemical Engineering in Mumbai-India.

What is your professional path after your ISIPCA degree ?

Post ISIPCA, I did an internship with IFF-Singapore working in Personal Wash category for the Asian market. Starting January 2021, I will join IFF-Mumbai as a Scent Design Trainee in Body Care category working in a team creating fragrances for bar soaps, shower gels, body lotions and several other personal care products.

What do you particularly appreciate about your current job ?

Being a part of pleasurable consumer experience is one of the most satisfying amazing aspect about this job.

Why did you choose this industry ?

I always dreamt of working in a niche field. In pursuit of that I learnt about the scent creation industry. It is one of the rare industry where I can explore both my artistic & technical capabilities.

What advice (s) would you give to an alumni interested in your job ?

Keep up the creativity & ask questions !

How would you describe your experience at ISIPCA in 2 words?

Mentorship & friendship.

Do you have a memory of ISIPCA that you would like to share with us?

My fond memory of ISIPCA is working in the labaratory creating different accords & learning the nuances of the fragrance.
